At Standard Paint & Flooring, we are Central Washington’s industrial coating experts. We have been selling industrial coatings since 1954, and know the best products and systems to help you solve problems, or protect your buildings, floors and equipment.
We sell many different industrial coatings that each have their own strengths and benefits from Benjamin Moore and Coronado to PPG, Ameron and True Finish.
Benjamin Moore has excellent (DTM) Direct to Metal coatings in both acrylic and alkyd resigns as well as a very popular high gloss urethane alkyd that comes pre-mixed in all of the safety colors.
The PPG industrial line is very comprehensive. Some of their most popular coatings are (DTR) direct to rust epoxies, water based polyamide epoxies that are easy to use, high gloss two component urethanes that you are able to brush and roll, and water based (DTM) direct to metals that have incredible adhesion. PPG has great coatings for many different types of floors.
Ameron is PPG’s Protective & Marine Coatings division. They have many products that are used for immersion service, and potable water. Their products are incredibly durable, and our customers are very satisfied with their performance. One of our favorite coatings they have is a urethane that can be recoated without having to blast or abrade years after its initial application. This coating is great for equipment, walls and floors.
True Finish by PPG has been a great addition to the industrial products we carry. It is perfect for equipment and machinery as it is considered between industrial coatings and automotive coatings. It is priced significantly lower than automotive coatings though. True Finish has a great fast dry alkyd that is easy to use, and features impact resistance which is perfect for equipment. We also sell a significant amount of their two component Urethane that has excellent UV protection, fade resistance, color retention and durability. The urethane can also be tinted with metallic pigments giving your equipment an impressive look.
True Finish has also given us the ability to sell powder coatings. We have many satisfied customers, and have really enjoyed selling powder coatings because it gives us one more reason why Standard Paint is Central Washington’s industrial choice.
